The Urbanowicz family has been in construction since the 1950s. Ransom and Landry grew up on job sites and in salvage yards, learning the trade before they could drive.
But they took a detour first — into fine art. Into ceramics and sculpture, into studios and kilns and the discipline of making something by hand that could have been made by machine, but wasn't.
Wood Duck Construction is where those two paths meet. The family trade gives us the foundation. The fine-art background gives us the eye. The Flathead Valley gives us the place.
The Valley Is Our Home
We've been in the Flathead Valley for nearly a decade. Our suppliers are here. Our clients are our neighbors. When we build a deck in Whitefish or a remodel in Columbia Falls, we're building in the place we chose to live.
That means we care about how things look from the street. We care about how a project ages through Montana winters. And we care about the relationships, because we're going to see you at the grocery store.
